10. Fastest Rollercoaster – Formula Rossa

 
With a top speed of 150 mph Formula Rossa, located in Ferrari World, United Arab Emirates, is officially the fastest rollercoaster in the world. It takes just 5 seconds to go from 0 to 150 mph and whizzes riders around the 2.2 kilometer track in just 1.32 minutes!
 

9. Longest Rollercoaster – Steel Dragon 2000

 
If you want to ride the world’s longest steel rollercoaster, you’ll have to travel to Nagashima Spa Land in Nagashima, Japan. The ride measures a staggering 8,133 feet in length and takes riders on an exhilarating 4-minute ride at speeds of up to 95 mph.

If you’ve got a head for heights you will fall in love with the adrenaline rush offered by Vertigo, the UK’s tallest sky swing at Oakwood Theme Park. 7. World’s First Theme Park – Santa Claus Land

 
The doors opened to the world’s first theme park, Santa Claus Land, in 1946. Located in Santa Claus, Indiana, the park was dedicated to everything related to Santa Claus and the North Pole. Unlike earlier amusement parks – which were often just collections of unrelated rides – Santa Claus was the first attraction to have a dedicated theme.
 

6. Weird & Wonderful – The Restroom Cultural Park

 
In 2012, the South Korean city of Suwon opened what it declared the “world’s first toilet theme park”. Visitors to The Restroom Cultural Park are able to browse the site’s museum, which includes a collection of toilet-theme items, including European-style bedpans, traditional Korean squat toilets, and a sculpture garden dedicated to squatting figures.
 

5. Most Naked Riders on a Theme Park Ride

 
In August 2010, 102 riders braved the cold at Adventure Island in Essex to set the record for the most naked riders on a theme park ride. Brr!
