COVID-19: 2021 Ticket Information Update

14 April, 2021

We recently announced our intention to open Oakwood Theme Park for the start of the 2021 Season from Friday 30th April. This opening remains subject to Welsh Government’s strict Covid-19 criteria being met, along with a continued improvement in the wider Covid-19 situation in both Wales and the rest of the UK. The unexpected delayed start and early finish to our 2020 Season caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, impacted a number of guests who had purchased tickets that they were subsequently unable to use, or get the expected use from their Season or Annual Passes. We issued guidance on ticket, Season and Annual Pass extensions in October 2020, and now that we have an opening date, are pleased to be able to update this guidance further below.
