Oakwood Theme Park has taken over the contract to operate bouncy castles on Tenby beaches.

The Canaston Bridge park runs two bouncy castles; one on North Beach and another on South Beach.

The inflatable castles, which have been supplied by a Welsh company, are themed on Oakwood’s Peter Pan-themed Neverland attraction and the new Hook’s House of Havoc indoor adventure play area.

Oakwood Theme Park Director, Dominic Jones, said: “We decided to put a tender in for the concessions as part of our outreach in to the local community programme and we were delighted to have been awarded the contract.

“The castles are proving very popular and we have also recruited a new ‘Beach Team’ to look after them.

“As well as being good fun, the castles also enable us to raise awareness about the theme park and what it has to offer.

“Beaches in Tenby have been really busy over the Easter period and we have been lucky to be able to have the bouncy castles up almost every day throughout the holidays.

“It’s been great to be able to provide something extra for kids to do on the beach,” he added.

Weather permitting the bouncy castles will be up every day until the end of the season between 9am-8pm.

Set in 90 acres of spectacular Pembrokeshire countryside, Oakwood is one of the UK’s leading theme parks with more than 30 exhilarating attractions; including four world class rides to enjoy.

The Park is open daily from May 24th.
