Over the past 48 hours we have received an unprecedented level of interest, reporting and criticism following an e-stop activation on our ride Bounce, on Wednesday afternoon.
Whilst we recognise, we cannot control what is reported in the media, or said on social media, there has been misreporting and many inaccuracies written over the last few days.
We understand that theme parks always attract a high level of interest, however we also believe in the importance of correct reporting.
We have therefore made the decision to publish footage of Wednesday’s Bounce occurrence on our website to provide context and clarity.
We continue to provide a fun day out for families and young people and look forward to welcoming visitors to Oakwood Theme Park over the forthcoming summer holidays.
