Cyril's top tips for growth

Not tall enough yet to go on the rides you want to?  Follow Cyril the Squirrel’s top tips for growth and you could be big enough next time.

Lie on the floor and stretch your arms and legs as far as they can go.  Every morning.  And nearly every night.


Drink loads of milk.  It’s good for your bones.


Drink water too.  Look what it does to plants!


You want to be a bean pole, not a roly poly.  Eat loads of fruit and veg instead of sweets and crisps.


Don’t like soggy veg?  Eat them raw.  Carrots are my favourite.  You can pretend you’re a dinosaur eating whole trees with raw broccoli.


Switch off the telly or the PlayStation, get off your bum and do some exercise.  That’ll stretch you!


If you’re in trouble, tell your mum and dad you want old fashioned punishment.  Who wants to be grounded when you can be stretched on the rack instead?!
